This is deliberate. Executing these projects costs serious man-hours and vendor fees. If we included them in your standard package, we would either have to overcharge you every single month to build a buffer, or take shortcuts during the build.
By billing project setups transparently as separate, fixed-scope, and fixed-fee items, we keep our ongoing retainers highly lean. More importantly, it keeps us aligned: you pay only for the exact value you receive, exactly when you receive it. That is how we build long-term, board-level trust.
